Erlonat 150 MG Tablet contains Erlotinib 150mg, a first-generation reversible EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer.
How It Works: Erlotinib reversibly inhibits the EGFR tyrosine kinase domain, blocking downstream signaling through RAS-MAPK and PI3K-AKT pathways that drive cancer cell growth and survival in EGFR-mutant tumors.
Common Uses: EGFR mutation-positive NSCLC (first-line or maintenance), locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC after platinum-based chemotherapy, and pancreatic cancer (with gemcitabine).
Administration: Take once daily at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after food. Swallow whole with water. Consistent fasted dosing improves pharmacokinetic predictability.
Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original blister packaging out of children's reach.
