FBD 150 Tablet contains Fenbendazole 150mg, a lower-dose benzimidazole anthelmintic suitable for pediatric dosing, mild helminth infections, or dose-adjusted antiparasitic regimens under medical supervision.
How It Works: Fenbendazole inhibits β-tubulin polymerization in intestinal helminths, disrupting their structural integrity and energy metabolism at the cellular level, causing gradual parasite death and expulsion.
Common Uses: Pediatric intestinal worm infections, mild ascariasis, pinworm, and dose-adjusted benzimidazole regimens for patients requiring lower-intensity anthelmintic therapy.
Administration: Take with food once daily for 3 days as directed. Pediatric dosing should be prescribed by a physician based on body weight and infection type.
