Iverlast 3 Tablet contains Ivermectin 3mg, a low-dose antiparasitic formulation for precise weight-based dosing of ivermectin in children, lighter adults, or patients requiring careful dose titration in parasitic infection treatment.
How It Works: Ivermectin blocks glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasitic invertebrates, inducing paralysis and death in nematodes and ectoparasites at doses that are safe and well-tolerated by mammalian hosts.
Common Uses: Pediatric antiparasitic treatment, low-weight adult dosing for strongyloidiasis, scabies, head lice, and filariasis where precise dose adjustment with 3mg tablets is required.
Administration: Take on an empty stomach with water as a single dose. Pediatric and low-weight dosing is calculated by body weight (150–200 mcg/kg). Follow physician instructions.
