Iverlast 6 Tablet contains Ivermectin 6mg, a mid-dose antiparasitic formulation for weight-adjusted treatment of strongyloidiasis, scabies, and other ivermectin-responsive parasitic infections in adults and older children.
How It Works: Ivermectin binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in invertebrate nerve cells, causing irreversible membrane hyperpolarization and flaccid paralysis, resulting in elimination of susceptible nematodes and ectoparasites.
Common Uses: Strongyloidiasis, scabies, onchocerciasis, and weight-dosed antiparasitic treatment in patients where 6mg tablets are appropriate for accurate dosing.
Administration: Take on an empty stomach as a single dose with water. Your physician calculates the number of tablets based on body weight. Follow any repeat dose schedule as prescribed.
Storage: Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep away from children.
