Versavo 400 MG Tablet contains Vorinostat 400mg, a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor used for the treatment of cutaneous manifestations of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) in patients with progressive, persistent, or recurrent disease.
How It Works: Vorinostat inhibits HDAC enzymes, causing hyperacetylation of histones and non-histone proteins, which alters gene expression patterns leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in malignant T cells.
Common Uses: Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), particularly mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome after failure of prior systemic therapies.
Administration: Take once daily orally with food. Swallow capsules whole. Stay well hydrated throughout treatment to reduce risk of thromboembolism.
Storage: Store at room temperature below 25°C. Keep in original container away from moisture and children.
